Our partner, Pedro Guilhardi, focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and also sits as an arbitrator. Alongside his involvement in various strategic disputes throughout his professional practice, he has pursued extensive academic training in the fields of Arbitration and Private Law, with an emphasis on Business Law.

 

Pedro worked in the dispute resolution team at TozziniFreire Advogados for over 12 years. He then spent more than 8 years as a partner at Nanni Advogados, from the firm’s founding, where his practice focused on sitting as arbitrator and serving as tribunal secretary.
