Pedro Guilhardi

With his practice focused on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, Pedro also sits as an arbitrator. Alongside his involvement in various strategic disputes throughout his professional practice, he has pursued extensive academic training in the fields of Arbitration and Private Law, with emphasis on Business Law.
Graduated in 2006 from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), he obtained his LL.M in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary, University of London in 2012. Subsequently, Pedro earned a Master’s degree (2017) and a Ph.D. degree (2024) in Commercial Law from PUC-SP. His doctoral thesis explores the impact of ESG factors on various business contracts, showcasing his unique expertise in the field.
Pedro has undertaken a secondment in the international arbitration team at Dechert LLP in Paris, France, in 2012. He also worked at the Secretariat of the Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce - ICC, in Paris, France, 2013.
