Sitting as Arbitrator
Pedro Guilhardi’s practice as an arbitrator draws on his academic work and on his career as legal counsel, arbitrator, and secretary of arbitral tribunals in a diverse array of complex disputes administered by leading arbitral institutions, both domestic and international.
His caseload as arbitrator covers civil and commercial disputes involving, among others, business contracts, corporate matters, guarantees, engineering, infrastructure, electricity, oil and gas, insurance, capital markets, public-private partnerships and concessions.

Beyond the various business contracts handled daily within the context of dispute resolution, Pedro Guilhardi’s expertise also extends to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. His doctoral research focused on the implementation of ESG at different levels of private and public institutions, and its application in relevant contracts involving different market agents.
