Pedro Guilhardi’s extensive experience, coupled with his continued academic engagements in the study of Private Law and Arbitration Law, guarantees a tailored and innovative approach whether he is sitting as an arbitrator or providing legal advice.

Pedro Guilhardi’s adjudication practice as an arbitrator draws from his extensive academic and professional experience in the roles of legal counsel, arbitrator, and secretary of arbitral tribunals in a diverse array of complex disputes, before prominent arbitral institutions, both domestic and international.
His adjudication practice as arbitrator involves several civil and commercial disputes, including, but not limited to, corporate transactions, guarantees, engineering, infrastructure, electricity, oil and gas, insurance, capital markets, public-private partnership, concession agreements and others, with his expertise extending to both domestic and international disputes.

Beyond the various business contracts handled daily within the context of dispute resolution, Pedro Guilhardi’s expertise also extends to environmental, social and governance issues (ESG). His doctoral research is focused on the implementation of ESG at different levels of private and public institutions, and its application in relevant contracts involving different market agents.
